Grievance Redressal Mechanism for Faculty, Staff and Students
The institution has established a well-defined and transparent grievance redressal mechanism to address the concerns of faculty, staff, and students in a fair and timely manner. The system ensures accountability, confidentiality, and quick resolution of issues, thereby promoting a healthy academic environment.

Grievance Redressal Committee
A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is constituted as per guidelines of AICTE and the affiliating university. The committee includes:
- Principal / Head of Institution (Chairperson)
- Senior faculty members
- Administrative representative
- Student representatives (where applicable)
Mechanism
- Grievances can be submitted through:
- Written applications
- Online grievance portal / email
- Suggestion / complaint boxes placed on campus
- Separate mechanisms are available for:
- Academic issues (internal assessment, attendance, evaluation)
- Administrative issues (facilities, services)
- Personal or disciplinary concerns
Procedure
- Submission of grievance by the complainant
- Acknowledgment of grievance within a stipulated time
- Preliminary review by the committee
- Detailed investigation and discussion in committee meetings
- Resolution and communication of decision to the concerned individual
- Follow-up to ensure implementation
Special Cells
- Anti-Ragging Committee
- Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for gender-related issues
- SC/ST Cell and Minority Cell (if applicable)
Norms
- Confidentiality is strictly maintained
- No discrimination or victimization of the complainant
- Time-bound resolution of grievances
- Proper documentation and record maintenance
