Faculty members play a central role in planning, execution, and continuous improvement of academic processes:

    • Preparation of lesson plans, course outcomes (COs), and mapping with program outcomes (POs)
    • Adoption of innovative teaching methods (ICT tools, case studies, project-based learning)
  • Academic Committees Participation
    • Active participation in Boards of Studies (BoS), Academic Council, and departmental meetings
    • Contribution in syllabus revision and academic policy framing
  • Continuous Internal Evaluation
    • Designing assignments, internal tests, quizzes, and lab evaluations
    • Transparent assessment and timely feedback to students
  • Research & Development
    • Encouragement towards research publications, seminars, FDPs, and workshops
    • Guiding student projects and mini-projects
  • Mentorship System
    • Faculty assigned as mentors for academic, personal, and career guidance
    • Regular mentoring sessions and performance tracking
